PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.



Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering with at least 4 years as a Drywall Project Manager or at least 8 years of applicable work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications
  • Working knowledge of the following trade software: Bluebeam, On-Screen-takeoff, Planswift
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Drywall Project Manager
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (Verbal & Written)
  • Ability to prioritize work, maintain positive attitude and maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • High Level of Organization
  • Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation
  • Multi-Tasker


Job Duties:


  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships (Possible off-hour networking)
  • Attend Pre-bid Meetings
  • Prepare Submittals & other Pre-con documentation
  • Prepare Quantity Take-Offs
  • Assemble Comprehensive Estimates
  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects
  • Oversee Foreman Duties
  • High Level of Organization
  • Provide accurate PM reporting:

Budget & Scheduling Status
Change Order, Quality Control and Safety Reports


  • Handle Change Order Processing
  • Expedite all close-out documents

Other Requirements / Licenses:


  • Current State Issued Driver’s License
  • Reliable/Clean Transportation
  • Must pass background and pre-employment drug test

DRYWALL FOREMEN

Considered candidates must have the ability to manage day to day framing/drywall operations for large job sites to ensure highest level of productivity and quality.



Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:


  • Minimum – 5 years of commercial drywall experience
  • Must be proficient in English & Spanish and able to clearly communicate
  • Interpret Blueprints and specifications
  • Strong understand of construction methods, materials & scheduling
  • Ability to prioritize work, maintain positive attitude and maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Pro-active
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation
  • Multi-Tasker


Job Duties:


  • Perform Wall Layouts
  • Manage, Direct and Oversee workers and large crews
  • Self-perform job tasks, if needed
  • Coordinate Material Deliveries
  • Effectively communicate with Project Superintendents & Management
  • Maintain high Level of Productivity, Quality & Safety
  • Accurate document construction activity and productivity logs
  • Maintain/Coordinate Jobsite Equipment & Tools

COMMERCIAL CARPENTRY

Considered candidates must have the ability to efficiently and accurately perform work related to commercial carpentry such as Framing, Drywall hanging and Drywall Finishing, Acoustical Ceiling Installations, Door Installations & Misc Rough Carpentry.



Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:


  • Minimum – 5 years of commercial drywall experience
  • Strong understand of construction methods, materials & scheduling
  • Proficient working with a variety of power tools
  • Ability to use & operate Jobsite Equipment such as lifts and scaffolding
  • Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation
  • Multi-Tasker
  • Strong team player and ability to work with other trades
  • Willingness to maintain high level of safety practices

Job Duties:

Accurately perform the following activity in an efficient manner:


  • Install Metal Framing
  • Hang Drywall
  • Finish Drywall
  • Install Acoustical Ceiling Systems
  • Install Misc. Rough Carpentry

Other Requirements / Licenses:


  • Current State Issued Driver’s License
  • Reliable/Clean Transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
  • Own & Maintain Standard Hand tools & tool belt
  • Must pass background and pre-employment drug test

GENERAL LABORER

Considered candidates must have the ability to efficiently and accurately perform work related to commercial carpentry such as Framing, Drywall hanging and Drywall Finishing, Acoustical Ceiling Installations, Door Installations & Misc Rough Carpentry.



Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:


  • Interest in the Construction Trade
  • Ability to Lift and/or push 50 pounds or more
  • Strong team player and ability to work with other trades
  • Willingness to maintain high level of safety practices

Job Duties:

Accurately perform the following activity in an efficient manner:


  • Transport and Organize Materials
  • Clean and Prepare Job Site
  • Assist foreman with other duties as needed
